The role

The Client Services Manager helps ensure Dattner Group clients receive exceptional service in line with the company’s purpose and client’s expectations and in support of the success of the business’s strategy. ‘Outstanding delivery’ is the strategic objective that lies at the centre of the CSM’s role, with a key outcome of their success being strong client relationships resulting in an increase in repeat and/or referral business.

The CSM works directly with clients and program delivery experts as well as overseeing the Client Services team, to develop and implement client service strategies that will ultimately increase sales while providing a positive experience for all clients, and upholding the values of the business: courage, collaboration, curiosity and accountability. It’s their job to assist clients, resolve issues and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with its clients.

About you

Perhaps you’ve done some time in agency land and are now looking for something human-friendly and purposeful. You’ve got a strong reputation as someone who is one step ahead of others’ needs, great at task management and delegation, and a cool customer when there’s plenty to do. You have a deep respect for detail, but you can see the big picture too, and are comfortable leading a strategy. You know that constructive collaboration is key to being the most effective when it comes to achieving an outcome. You resonate with the vision that sits at the heart of everything we do: sustainable, inclusive and courageous leadership for the greater good.
